TOYAH will release her ‘Desire’, ‘Prostitute’ and ‘Ophelia’s Shadow’ albums as digital reissues on October 2nd. The three albums, recorded in the late 80s and early 90s, have been unavailable for over 20 years and will appear again as downloads complete with full digital booklets with new introductions from Toyah and those close to her.
‘Desire’ was originally released in 1987 and features musical contributions from Robert Fripp and Ronnie Wood; ‘Prostitute’ first came out in 1988 and was composed in collaboration with Madonna collaborator Steve Sidelnyk; while ‘Ophelia’s Shadow’ – which Toyah counts as the album which most represents her personally – was first released in 1991 and includes work from Robert Fripp and Tony Geballe.
